We are located in The Stiefelmeyer building in the Warehouse District. We are a few doors down to the left of Duchess Bakery. There is a Microblading of Alabama sign outside of our building. Once inside, we are up the flight of green stairs and straight ahead behind the white barn doors to the right.

What are your hours?
Luxe Skin Aesthetics is by appointment only. However, we are open on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Please call us at (256)531-3451 if you need assistance.
How can I get a gift certificate?

How much should i budget for a first time appointment?
We recommend budgeting $300-$1000+ for your first time appointment. Chloé requires all of her clients to be on a full regimen created by her for the best results. Yes, it is expensive but we believe at Luxe Skin Aesthetics that your skin care is an INVESTMENT and we want you to receive the BEST results possible. 80% of your success with your skin starts with home care.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork. We kindly ask that you arrive with a bare face. If not, we will supply you with a makeup remover. Please note that it does cut into your appointment time. Please bring a list of all products you are using icluding anything you are using from your dermatologist if applicable. You may bring the physical products with you as well. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT! Chloé requires all of her clients to be on her recommended regimen. Please do not spend all of your money at Ulta before visiting us!
Can I bring someone to my appointment with me even if its my children?
No. Our studio is not a safe place for children. We have many breakables, sharp implements, and chemicals. If you bring a child with you to your appointment we will have to ask you to leave and you will be charged for the service in full.
We kindly ask that no one bring a guest with them as it can also be a distraction from your appointment. If you need a translator with you please let us know 48 hours in advance of your appointment.
Should I wear makeup to my appointment?
We kindly ask you come with a clean, bare face for your appointment if possible. Taking makeup off will cut into your appointment time.
How can I purchase DMK products?
Please email us email@example.com to be approved to purchase DMK products.
Do you require a credit card to book an appointment?
We DO require credit card information to hold your scheduled appointment.
Do you accept Venmo or Paypal?
No. We accept credit cards, cash, or check ONLY.
How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Please call or email us 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment if you need to make any changes to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the full service being charged. Please refer to our policies page for more information on canceling/rescheduling.
What if I am sick and cannot make my appointment?
Please let us know 48 hours before your appointment if you cannot make it. Unfortunately you will be charged in full for your missed service if you cancel after the 48 hour window regardless of circumstance. However, if you are sick, your payment will carry over to your rescheduled service. After three rescheduled services due to sickness, you will be required to pay in full before scheduling any future appointments at Luxe Skin Aesthetics.
How do I know what treatment is best for me to book?
If you are a first time client, you are required to book a consultation first. We want ensure that your skin is in a safe state before we begin our work.
I want to buy your products but I have no idea what I actually need. Can you help?
Absolutely! Please inquire about a skin consultation service on our booking page. Our skin consultations are a great place to start if you need product or treatment recommendations. Please note that most routines start at $300-$1000. Be prepared to invest in your skin!
Do you accept returns/refunds/exchanges for products or treatments?
We do NOT accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products or treatments. Once products leave our clinic they can NOT be returned. If you have a damaged or defective item please bring it in clinic and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos/videos.
I'd like to come by and purchase product from your studio. Can I just come during store hours?
We kindly ask that you contact us to schedule a time to pick up any products (this includes existing clients). We are only at the studio when we have clients scheduled. We cannot guarantee that we will be there if you just drop by. Please contact us to schedule a time to pick up and purchase products. If you are unsure what products you need, please inquire about a skin consultation.
