CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

 

We understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, you must do so before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you do not cancel or reschedule before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service you were originally booked for. 

If you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service you were booked for. For future appointments you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. After two "no-shows" you will be unable to book with us again in the future.

 LATE POLICY

We offer a 10 minute grace period if you are running late. If you are only 10 minutes late, we can usually acomodate you. If you are 11 minutes late or more, we will work with you to get you rescheduled. However you will be subject to a $50 late fee whether we can accommodate you or not. Please contact us if there is an emergency.

 EXTRA GUEST POLICY 

We kindly ask that you do not bring anyone with you (including children) to your appointment. Our studio is not suitable for children as we have many chemicals, breakables, sharp implements, and hot wax. Extra guests can often become a distraction from your allotted appointment time. If you need someone with you for translation, medical, etc. purposes please let us know and we are happy to work with you.

COVID-19 & SICK POLICY 

Due to Covid-19, we require everyone wear a mask upon entering our studio. This includes before, during, and after your appointment. The only time you may remove your mask is for a facial service and you will be instructed on when you may remove it. If you have a guest accompanying you, they must wear their mask the entire time they are present in the studio. If you have any medical issues that prohibit you from wearing a mask please let us know and we will do our best to work with you. 

If you are feeling unwell prior to your appointment, please cancel or reschedule with us. If you know you have come into contact with someone who is positive for Covid-19, has been exposed to Covid-19, or you have tested positive for Covid-19, you MUST cancel your appointment. However, you can not rebook with us until you have quarantined for 14 days and can provide a copy of a negative Covid-19 test. Please understand this is a very hard time for small businesses and we are trusting you to be transparent with us as much as possible.

If you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service you were booked for plus an additional charge of $100 "no show" fee. For future appointments you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. After two "no-shows" you will be unable to book with us again in the future.

You will not be able to book your appointment until the balance is paid. If it is not paid within 5 business days from the date it was due it will be sent to collections and you will be terminated as a client indefinitely from Luxe Skin Aesthetics.

Confirming Your Appointment:

You MUST confirm your appointment 48 hours before your appointment. If you do not confirm before 48 hours of your appointment your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of the appointment you were scheduled for. If you decide you'd like to change the type of service you are booked for, we ask you let us know 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result you being charged for the original service you were booked for. We plan our days out specifically for you! Please be considerate of our time and our other clients time as well.

refunds/exchanges Policy

 

 If you have a defective product or damaged product from shipping please bring it in clinic so we may exchange it with the company. If you are virtual, please email luxeaestheticscullman@gmail.com photos or videos of the damaged merchandise.

 Sick Policy

 

 

If you are feeling unwell prior to your appointment, please cancel or reschedule with us 48 hours in advance of your appointment. If you cancel after the 48 hour period, unfortunately you are still required to pay for your scheduled appointment. However, this payment will carry on to your rescheduled appointment. After two cancellations due to sickness you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit for any future appointments.  If you show up to the studio showing any signs of illness, we have the right to refuse your service and you will be asked to leave and you will be charged for your service.

 Luxe Skin Aesthetics reserves the right to charge full price of any service booked for any appointment that is not cancelled within a 48 hour advance notice regardless of circumstance. If you are 10 minutes late to an appointment, you will automatically be billed a $50 late fee. In addition to be charged 100% of the "No Show"service, a “No Show” fee of $100 will also be charged if the patient fails to show for an appointment. This fee cannot be put towards a future service, and will be charged to the credit card on file at the missed appointment date and time. A client with three or more cancellations in a row risks being terminated from our practice. Multiple “No Shows” in any 12 month period will result in termination from our practice. When booking with LSA, you are agreeing to this policy and all of LSA policies.
